2.       Make a list of three truths Paul taught about the Savoir Jesus Christ.

·         The Son is in the express image of the person of the Father.

·         Christ is the Only Begotten Son and thus above the angels.

·         Christ had by himself purged our sins.

3.       Explain the reasons the Son of God came to earth to experience mortality.

·         Hebrew 2: 9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. 18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

·         Hebrews 4: 15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

·         Alma 7: 11 And he shall go forth, suffering pains and afflictions and temptations of every kind; and this that the word might be fulfilled which saith he will take upon him the pains and the sicknesses of his people.  12 And he will take upon him death that he may loose the bands of death which bind his people; and he will take upon him their infirmities, that his bowels may be filled with mercy, according to the flesh, that he may know according to the flesh how to succor his people according to their infirmities.
